Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This License Agreement governs the purchase and use of digital products sold by RG Shop USA.

  1. LICENSE GRANT
    Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital design for commercial production of physical products.
  2. PERMITTED USE
    You may:
  • Use the design to manufacture apparel or physical goods
  • Modify the design for use in your brand
  • Produce unlimited physical items unless otherwise stated
  1. PROHIBITED USE
    You may NOT:
  • Resell the digital file
  • Share or redistribute the file
  • Upload the file to third-party marketplaces
  • Claim the design as your original creation
  1. OWNERSHIP
    All intellectual property rights remain with RG Shop USA.
  2. NO REFUNDS
    Due to the digital nature of the product, all digital sales are final.
  3. VIOLATIONS
    Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of license.
