1. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on your destination and shipping method.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Are your payments secure?
Yes. All payments are securely encrypted and processed through WooPayments powered by Stripe.
We do not store full credit card information.
5. Are your products taxable?
Most physical products are subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location.
Digital products are generally non-taxable unless required by local regulations.
6. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
We do NOT accept returns for:
Opened supplements
Hygiene or personal-use products
Clearance items
Digital downloads
7. Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content.
8. What license comes with your digital designs?
When purchasing a digital design or pattern, you receive a non-exclusive commercial license to produce physical apparel.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital file.
9. Are your supplements FDA approved?
Our supplements comply with applicable regulations; however:

10. What if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
11. Can I modify the digital designs for my brand?
Yes. You may modify designs for your own brand production, but you may not resell or redistribute the digital files.
